Environmental Styling
Room concepts, focal moments, installations, florals, furniture, lighting, and layered composition.
Snow Story Studio creates immersive events, elevated guest experiences, refined event identities, and signature gifting. Every layer is developed as one complete visual story—intentional, personal, and meticulously finished.
We Are Obsessed With The Details. We Refine Every Element Until It Feels Exactly The Way You Want It.
We are not satisfied when something is simply complete. We look at the full composition and the smallest touchpoints—then adjust, edit, restyle, and refine until the final experience feels polished and true to your vision.
We care about the room flow, the spacing, the paper finish, the placement of the favor, the ribbon width, the fold, the lighting, the floral balance, the guest handoff, and the final photograph. We will not stop at “good enough.” We keep working until the details feel exactly the way you want them.
Room concepts, focal moments, installations, florals, furniture, lighting, and layered composition.
Linens, place settings, candlelight, menus, place cards, florals, and the visual rhythm of the table.
Arrival, welcome, transitions, activations, gifting, timing, and each deliberate point of interaction.
Invitations, programs, itineraries, event marks, signage, screens, labels, tags, and collateral.
Gift displays, dessert moments, product presentations, reveal staging, and visual storytelling.
The last visual edit before the moment begins—because the final five percent changes everything.
From the first concept through the final guest departure—creative direction, planning, vendor curation, spatial design, production oversight, installation, styling, and execution. You bring the occasion. We build everything around it.
We develop the vision, manage the budget, curate the vendors, design the room, and run the day—so the only thing left for you to do is live the moment we built for you.
The room is not finished when it is set. It is finished when the flow, the light, the florals, the paper, and the final five percent all feel exactly right. We stay until they do.
Naming, color direction, stationery, signage, menus, custom print, digital pieces, and finishing details—designed as one cohesive system your guests see, hold, and keep. Available design-only or design-and-print, produced and delivered finished.
Tell us the occasion, the guest of honor, and the feeling you want in the room—and we return a complete visual world: the palette, the invitation that opens the story, and every piece that carries it through the final thank-you.
Gifting is one of the most powerful ways to make an experience feel personal. We design every gift as a complete presentation—from the item selection and packaging to the ribbon, card, placement, and moment of discovery.
Our gifting work is deeply curated, beautifully packaged, and built around the person receiving it. We select items for relevance, quality, usefulness, and emotional impact—then design the full presentation so opening the gift becomes part of the experience.
We can create one exceptional gift, hundreds of coordinated favor bags, room drops for a hosted weekend, branded VIP mailers, or an ongoing client gifting program. Every project receives the same level of detail, quality control, and visual intention.
Every gift should feel as considered as the event itself. We do not stop at sourcing. We refine the contents, arrangement, materials, typography, ribboning, tags, inserts, and handoff until the final presentation feels right.
Story-led experiences designed around a defining moment. We shape the anticipation, environment, presentation, sequence, and reveal so the emotional impact lands exactly as intended.
We design the build, atmosphere, sequence, visual identity, gifting, and reveal around the meaning of the moment. Ideal for significant birthdays, life transitions, major gifts, proposals, hosted dinners, new chapters, and surprises that deserve more than a standard setup.
A clear creative process allows the experience to feel effortless while every decision remains connected to the larger story.
At Every Phase, We Review The Details, Refine The Direction, And Keep Working Until It Feels Right.
We learn the person, purpose, setting, priorities, budget, guest profile, visual preferences, and desired emotional impact.
We establish the concept, visual language, scope, guest journey, gifting direction, and production priorities.
We develop the environment, paper, details, gifting, sourcing, layouts, packaging, and full presentation plan.
We coordinate, assemble, install, style, quality-check, and perfect the experience through the final impression.
Ashlee creates celebrations with the precision of an operator and the imagination of a storyteller. She has spent her career leading complex operations—building systems, managing budgets, directing teams, and delivering under pressure—and she brings that same discipline to celebration design: concept development, visual identity, guest experience, logistics, gifting, production, and the quiet details most people never think to plan for.
Her design style is layered and intentional—noir and blush, candlelight and texture, letterpressed paper and hand-tied ribbon—always editorial, never expected. She believes a celebration should read like a story: an arrival that builds anticipation, details that carry meaning, and one moment, designed to the second, that no one in the room will ever forget.
Her favorite part of the work is not the room when it is finished. It is the pause—the second a guest of honor realizes that every tag, every ribbon, every word was created just for them. That moment is why the studio exists.
Snow Story Studio was created for people who do not simply want something beautiful. They want something meaningful, intentional, and impossible to confuse with anyone else’s celebration. It was built on the belief that the moments of our lives deserve to be honored—fully, thoughtfully, and without apology.
The studio is named for Snow—and every story it tells begins with her.
